The Comanche Texas Economic Development Corporation enlisted the services of the Texas Downtown Association https://texasdowntown.org/ to perform an assessment on our downtown/square in October 2025. The primary goal is to drive additional traffic and commerce into our community. The evaluation was completed and a downloadable copy of the report is available below under Supporting Documents. From that report and a subsequent community survey to establish priorities, a proposed project matrix was developed. This group will focus on executing the improvements identified, thereby creating a more economically robust environment for all of our local businesses and an improved quality of life for our residents.
Quarterly community meetings will be held to keep the community engaged and informed of activities and progress.
